Why is it so hard......

Tell me - how come some people can not realize that we are not alike - that we have different opoinions - Why is that some people always has to be right - here is the issue I have at my work place.
We work dayshift, eveningshift and weekends. The issue that me and some of my coworkers have is about the evningshift.
We are four people working in the eveningshift. One person at each section (4) and one person is working between these four sectione. The help we need is when we use special tools where we have to be two people when we help an elderly to bed.
If you do organize your work routine there is only need of one person helping out between each section. However some people just cant organize them selfs and now tell our bos that we have to have two helper every evening.
Most of my coworkers feel it is nice to have an extra helping hand, however I feel that is not nessecery since some time during the evening they become without any job to do. And I feel that is wasting resources.
This is my opinion, and I have expressed this. Yesterday one of my co workers expressed the same opininon and now she has all her working group agains her. That mean, they is angry with her becouse of this. I also know they disagree with me to.
There is an evidence that some of us actually do get along with one extra helper instead of two as they do have routines at work and do feel the same as I do. But just becouse our opinion is disagreed they do not tell it out loud.
Tell me, why is it so hard to see eye to an eye and listen and hear we all do have different opinions and still be friends?

Well, it's true, people have different opinions but the problem is we have problems dealing with a different point of view. Wars originate from difference of beliefs most of the time if not always. That's why sometimes it's better if we just shut up instead of speaking our minds. Unfortunately, i can't do this. Lol

Sometimes I insist on doing something that is the right,better or the easier thing to do and all it does is get me into problems. I can see problems a mile away but others wait till the problem hits them in the face to do something about it. I want to avoid problems but others can't see the problem in advance. So I want to change things and others think I don't follow protocol. This is the world we live in. I want to prevent problems and the world is ignorant of the problems they are causing or will cause.
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." But this world doesn't care about that. And like you I can't just shut up, mind my own business and let the problems happen.
Few people give a care!

..hi.. that is one painful reality.. because we are unique individuals, we have our own personal characteristics that makes up who we are as a person.. in your case, because you have the ability to understand things, then try to understand them since they seem to lack open mindedness and broad understanding.. you can't please everybody and in all things and circumstances, there will always be conflicts.. we cannot control others' way of thinking but we have the ability to choose how we should react so that the incident won't be aggravated..I'm not saying you're wrong neither you're right because we deal with circumstances the way we feel we are comfortable.. sometimes, there are those people who would try to hinder us because they see us as a competitor and not as partner.. just do what you think and right and be ready to accept criticisms.. they are always part..
