Laziness is just in the mind. If you set your mind that you have to do something and you need to accomplish it, you can do so. If you are likewise determined to do something, then you are able to avoid sleeping and being lazy. No one can help you than yourself.

hmmm. it's all in the mind ha,.. hehe. but I'm having difficulty putting everything in my mind.. I'm not that smart you know... And, I guess determination is not one of the qualities that I posses.

Just analyze yourself of why and how you are getting lazy for the time. Don't ever try to lose the laziness because the more we try to lose it from our lives the more lazy we get. So forget about the losing the laziness. Try to indulge in some works always. Then you can see the difference in you that you are not getting into laziness.

Keep a schedule and follow it.You want to jog and you feel lazy in the morning is what i can gather.Try to first start getting up early.Once you've made that a habit,in the beginning go for walks.Later slowly convert that into jogging.Reward yourself for following your schedule, ultimately it will become a habit and part of your routine.

Be responsible. That is the key of pursuing your goals. I am lazy as well. And I get to do things if I realize that I should have done it. I am now gaining weight and I need to exercise. Just be creative! I am doing some weightlifting while surfing the net. :)

One of the most important things that you need to do is to make sure that you are eating a proper diet. The reason for this is because if you aren't taking in the proper vitamins and minerals then you aren't able to properly function in your life. In addition to that, you also need to make small goals for yourself, when you are able to achieve the goals that you have for yourself then you will feel better as well because of the fact that you are seeing things get done. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Sometimes realizing your obligation can diminish laziness. Just think that if you ignore that task, there are consequences that can happen. It's up to you to figure it out.

hmmm. thanks.. I guess it will also work.. but but sometimes I'm really too lazy even to realize things.. I mean if you are that lazy then I bet you wouldn't even give time to realize your obligation. And almost all lazy never care about consequences...

Well, the best part to overcome laziness is to do something. I don't know what you'll do, but preferably, just do jogging or atleast a single exercise as you've mentioned earlier.
The consequence of not doing so is that you'll end up never doing it! -- yes, until the day you become old and will not be able to do physical activities then.
So better start now than never ;)
Another consequence of it is becoming slobbish and a sloth to all things, thus you'll never accomplish anything -- even here at myLot. :D Who knows, maybe because of extreme laziness to post, you won't get paid! :(
Anyways, I hope this counts and good luck.

The thing that helps me, is to sit down and make a list of the reasons why you really want to do these things. Not other people's expectations, but your own. No matter how silly your reasons to get up and move sound to you, just write them down and embrace them to get yourself motivated. Don't pay attention to why others want you to accomplish these goals, pay attention to why YOU want to, and it should help defeat the laziness and help increase your motivation. You will only make yourself get up and do these things if you truly want to do them deep down.

You also have a good idea.. besides, all of us needs to be motivated before doing something..
