RO2 still down?

It is about 20 hours since I last get to access RO2 (a paid to chat site). They usually have an hour of maintenance, but 20 hours now?? Anyone heard anything why it is taking them so long to be online?

I am a member of RO2 two days ago but I don't know how to use that..Can you help me with that?thanks...
