Does your boss suck?

My supervisor is such a motherlike woman, who find some mistake in me everyday in every minute, even your hair style, dress up and even your shoes.She want conrol you on how to write a email,and how to talk to a client.Everything you done will be judged by her with bad words, no good word always. She makes my day suck. She always ruin my day and my good mood. How to not let her crazy behaviors affect me? Please someone help me?

Ok. So you've noticed that your boss sucks. Next thing you can do is ignore the petty compliments she's making. My boss was great. She was always smiling at me even when i'm late, which is always. Anyway, just follow my suggestion and you'll be fine.

My boss sucks the same way. I've described him as "boss from hell", "the devil wears prada - men edition", etc. He is also a control freak - we waste time and effort just because of petty things like how long this line should be etc. There is no such thing as a good for a first try. All our outputs has to always have a flaw. I don't think there is a way of not letting your boss's crazy behaviour affect you. At some point, try to learn from it, like now I have learned to be very careful with details just because of his obsessive-compulsive tendencies. It would be two years now that I've worked with this boss, and the only reason I have not left is that I have not found any suitable job replacement.
