Of course not. But the weasly family is based on a family that she actually knows which I thought was fascinating

No. It is based on the books written by JK Rowling. And she herself says that they're characters based on her thinking, not based on actual persons. Sorry, but, no matter how exciting their world may be, it does not exist.
