plastic surgery?

would you get plastic surgery if you didnt have to pay for it? I would get a nose job maybe but worried about what people think, pain and complication. What would you get and what are your worries?

Nah i wouldnt get plastic surgery i really have no reason to
cuz for the most part I like the way i look and the little things
that i dont like such as my thighs i just excercise to change.
Every time you go under the knife there is a chance you wont wake up so if you dont need it dont do it is how i feel.. XD i sure wouldnt want to die getting something done like a i dunno a nose job or whatever.
