paypal query

i am from india.is pan no. also required at paypal . i tried to log in today. but it is asking for pan no. i logged months back so i don't know. recent updates.

Hi envy, I joined this internet business about 3 months back and the first thing I did was to open an on line account with Paypal of course with zero balance. At that time Pan number was a must to open an acct. with paypal. If you don't have one than it is better to get one from Income tax Dept.
