hello friends..
Thats what i was thinking during starting days of my exercising.. During starting days of exercising i was really getting tired and feel lazy because of it... I was thinking that it was due to exercise.. yes thats was true. But I guess it was because i wasn't that active with exercise before it. Means i wasn't used to of it.. But now after continuing it i am comfortable with it..
So I am happy i continue it... But i had think about give up too.. But i am happy i didn't. What you think about it..??

Hi AKP,
Any physical activity that you start or resume after a break, will cause pains simply because the muscles become lazy and when you try to make them active, they give pain.
It is not only with exercise but also with several sports, bicycling and other activities too. Initially they all start with pains and cramps but over the time (withing two - three days) things start getting normal.
If you are really interested in pursuing what caused the pains, definitely the pain wont be a deterrent and you would continue with what caused the pain.
Cheers,
theSids.

Great! So I expect that you would soon have those 8-pack abs and start wooing the ladies around... lolss.
But do send me a link to your pic once you have that new look and dont worry, I have the time and patience to wait and see the results... The more you delay I would believe you are lazy once all again and that you are not regular on the exercise thing
Have a great time
Cheers,
theSids.

You're right. Those people who easily get tired of exercising is simply because they are not used to do such thing. For me, it always makes me short of breath whenever I attempt to start doing so. I told myself that dieting would be easier for me if it is about loosing weight, but I know it can't be done without a doing it together with exercising. And besides, most people says that as you get used to it and make it a habit or part of a lifestyle, that would be easy and would surely have a great effect health wise. It's just probably a self discipline and determination. Goodluck and wish I could make it too.

We feel tired when we over-exercise. We feel tired if we do not have enough sleep. we are tired as well if we do not feel well. also, when just starting o nan exercise regime, you will tend to be exhausted easily. after a few days, you will not feel the tiredness or the aches.

Usually, the most tiring part would only when you are starting. I was also tired of running on the treadmill or crosstrainer. I infact wanted to give up. But, luckily, I did not. Now, I can for hours none stop after hitting the weights. So, the effects are also good, which means more energy and you don't look that stressed.

hahaXD i think it's supposed to make us tired somehow. this helps us get a good night's sleep~ although at the beginning of the day, it's supposed to give you a good wake up call and make you ready for an action-packed day.:D
i'd exercise if i had the opportunity. i loved having basketball every morning last semester for my PE. it's so unfortunate that it had to end.

Well thats a given as the first few times you exercise you are over working the body and making it do things it is not used to. With time and more exercise it gets easier and in fact causes you to be more awake and fresher for the day. Don't give up and keep at it slowly increasing the amount of exercise each day. Remember to always stretch before hand as well.

Exercising does makes us tired when we are just starting because it's disturbing the lazy system of our body LOL. But actually after few times, I usually feeling more comfortable and seeing the need of keep doing it everyday. I always have a sleeping difficulty when I don't exercise, but when I keep doing it everyday, I sleep easily and well in the night.

hello friend. i agree with you . and more and more exercise is making people tired . people always don't care something . just do it more and more . don't know how to control it . so something better always become bad in the world. just like some food . and some people eat it too much .so they get sth wrong with their stomach. so just control when neccessary .

hello.
Be consistent of your goals. It is the ideal thing to say but of course hard to do.
Exercising is one activity that bothers people. There are times we just want to be healthy and there are moment we want to pig ourselves out.
Walking is a type of exercise, so you don't entirely give up on it. How about eating healthy meals? It is one way of staying fit.

Yes its true... Taking healthy food instead of junk food will surely impact our health .. Its the better way to keep our health good.
Consistency in exercising is important.. As i got some difficulties in starting because of inconsistency but now after being used to of it its going smoothly..

Don't give up. It is good to do exercise. But i think too much weight exercise is not good.when we do exercise we will become tired, it is because we don't have the stamina to workout. If you continue to do workouts then slowly you will realize that
you are not getting tired easily and your stamina is increasing. I am telling this from my own experience.

I feel that working out actually gives me more energy, as long as I do it on a regular basis. I do get more tired in the evening and fall asleep quicker, but I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. You get more physically tired when you work out I think, but that is way better than being mentally tired, if you know what I mean?
