I have problems in acne. What is the best soap?

White Dove soap. It has moisturizer that will nourish your skin cells. Avoid fatty food and keep away from dust. Drinks lots of water and keep a healthy regimen. If these don't work consult a dermatologist.

I used Teranex soap plus a toner at night. I am also into home remedy right now for my acne. It is a mixture of cinnamon powder, lemon juice, sugar and honey. Make a paste and put it as mask at night for 30 minutes. You can also try cleansing your inside. I am taking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar everyday. You can take it with honey. Hope this helps

The best as far I can suggest you is garnier Pure Fashwash. It's a facewash which works better than others. soaps harm the skin. try this one out. apart from this you can use garnier pure pen directly on your acnes.
