Dear Lexx
Your comments are quite reasonable but sad to say that carbohydrates must be eatento increase insulin production. However, good carbohydrates must come from yellow and green vegetables and fruits. You would hit '2 birds in one stone' by eating living organism grown from the ground and of static types. Fiber mostly found in good vegetables and fruits help to digest food better and healthier. I do hope that this message will somehow help to increase your knowledge on obesity and weight loss. Should you want me to comment further, please continue this thread or write to me personally at josephsfng@gmail.com. Thanks a million. Love: Bro. Joe. GBU

Dear Desi
It is often said that the stomach is a bottomless pit. Hence you have to exercise food restrain at all times. There are different calories in different food. Even oil and proteins also. Therefore, we have to choose the food that satisfy your taste and your hunger. When you said more exercise it must be of two types. Exercise to increase metabolism and exercise for muscle building too. In increasing metabolism it should be done 12 min per day while muscle building exercise not more than 45 min. three times per week. Does that make you statement more understandable. Ok? Thanks! The same kind for non obese people. What's healthy for one is healthy for most. Like said above stay away from fatty carbs..stick with veggies and fruit and fish is great too. Gives you the nutrients without the extra fat.

I know that foods low in calories are good, but they should also be healthy. Some foods are sweet but may not contribute to obesity, like for example yogurt, that's a great food and can be low in sugar and made from low fat milk, also olive oil, limes and lemons, if we use lime or lemon juice on salads, steamed veggies and as seasoning for meat, it's much better than salt or salad dressings and helps to burn fat.

Dear Wadabski
Your question is very mind bogging.Actually almost every type of food is good. It is the quantity and quality of food you eat to avoid obesity. The first principle of right food eating for any obese individual is food that contains very little calories. What is important is that these food must add bulk to your stomach. It's important that you have a filled sensation in your body and mind. Due to time and space, take this input and think seriously about it. You can always come back to me for more info. Either at this thread or write to me at josephsfng@gmail.com. Thanks! Looking forward to your take ASAP.
