if you already have warm blood and moreover you start drinking or eating something that would lead to warm up your blood it will double the temperature of your body and the acne will start appearing. so avoid oily stuff, caffine, eggs any things that has hot reflection. try to eat vegetables drink as much water you can that is my suggestion and thinking i may be right or wrong

Hypothetically, I don't think that there is a direct connection between acne and caffeine. In fact coffee, especially dark coffee, is a source of anti-oxidant which can prevent acne. There are a lot of things to consider. First is on how the coffee is mixed. They say that there is a connection between bad skin and sugar. So when you love to mix a lot of sugar into your coffee, then maybe that would be the cause. Second, since coffee is high in caffeine, and caffeine can make you energetic and keep you wide awake, the lack of sleep makes your skin prone to more acne--again, putting the blame on coffee. I think there is no direct connection between acne and coffee. Cliche as it may sound, but again, moderation is key.

hi wadabski, Hmmm.. sounds strange but I think there is no scientific connection between acne and coffee. Coffee is "uppers" and it tends to awake and increase metabolism. I do believe that this can not trigger acne. And the other thing is, my husband drinks also a lot of coffee especially when he is doing his research and computer works. And he does not have acne... I think he drinks more coffee than you do. So for me... I suggest that enjoy your coffee as long as you want.. It will never give anything bad about acne as I believe and as what I see in my husband. Drinking coffee also sometimes relaxes us so tend to enjoy once in a while. Better you check some option like a skin dermatologist if your acne has something to do with your diet or else it is a seasonal one and will go away naturally... so see skin expert by your free time if you can.... Good luck then...
