Your last word / myLot

Here is the situation: You are lying on a hospital bed and you know you are about to die. You are breathing rapidly and it is hard for you to utter words. Then you saw the one you love crying in front of you in your death bed. Before the last breath you'll take, what one word will you say to him/her? I was inspired to ask this because I remembered my aunt's death and today is her anniversary.

i would tell my loved ones to make sure they will live a healthy and happy life and share their blessing to the ones in need because that is my happiness.

I would definitely tell him I love him and will miss him. It's hard to say how you would even react in a situation like that but I would imagine that is what I would say.

in that case i would like tell her that how much i loved her during the time we spent togather...in as less words as possible...it would be i love you i cant think of other words a person can tell
