i would like to travel in Europe with my bf. we only went to Thailand and in my home country, Philippines for about a month each. It was fun in Chiangmai, Thailan during the water festival which was in the month of April. It was fun in Sagada, Mountain Province, Philippines esp the caving. pretty amazing. =)

Wow, I can't believe this is happening! My whole last year was all travelling, I hope I can give some valuable advise:
It all depends on budget. I am used to budget travelling, around $10 a day. Which gets you very far in countries like Thailand, which have beautiful beaches lining the shores and bustling cities if relaxing is not your thing. Myanmar for culture and adventure is a must - you can get the visa from Bangkok, which also double up as one of the only ways to really get into the country.
Singapore is alittle more expensive (alot), but therefor you get alittle more too! Nice zoos and parks, resorts and hotels, shops and bars! Beautifully clean around the whole city due to the strict littering laws... kinda have to see it to believe it! And they have some brilliant ice cream vendors around the whole city - I got through every flavour! =D
France up in the north is surprisingly nice, considering all the foreigners go to the south for the sun - the north is more for domestic tourism... and therefor more french and cultural, etc.
London, if you're in europe, is a must! Especially if you're by the north of France, as it's just such an easy Eurotunnel ride away! Please go!!! It's a beautiful city with nothing but temptations and sensations for what ever takes your fancy! Some beautiful architecture and many museums and galleries.
It really depends on what precisely you're after. =)
And the date - in thailand... every April 17 or around then, they have a giant water festival... basicly the whole city (Chiang Mai is best) erupts into a water fight! Sadly water balloons seem to be banned.... health and safety is getting everywhere these days. But you can just buy them before and take them in! They're just impossibly hard to buy. =)
