Several days ago, our boss with his partner checked up our computer after work, and then on the meetting they just say we use work time to do the other things.
I really feel so angree with this, I just wonder if he don't believe us, why does he still use us?
To use must be trust!

I think that is something that is true in most work places these days. For e.g. in most of the bigger corporations most of the network traffic is tracked centrally through some or the other software. If required or if the company doubts you they can go through all your network activity including the sites you have surfed. That is why I strictly do not surf for fun at the office. I stick to my activities and then come back home for the fun surfing.
Cheers!

There was a saying made famous by President Ronald Reagan, "trust by verify". With so many employees using computers these days and having the internet available, many employers do check to see what their employees are doing. This was one of the programs I ran when I worked for my last employer...but with a catch. We had down time during the workday, where we were free to do whatever we wanted, but if something came over the network to someone (like an email from a customer) and there was a delay in addressing it because the employee was still looking at online videos, that was a problem.

I kind of agree with you but you must understand from a business stand point that if there is no checking then employees will continue to be paid for doing personal things during company time. It is because maybe not you but some employees spend quite a bit of personal time during their work hours on the company pcs and this ruins it for everyone.
Here in the US the law says any employer can check up on their employees as the computers at work do belong to the employer. But I would be like you upset and feel that my privacy was invaded.
Be careful doing any personal things on the company pc as this can get an employee fired.
