one day i got on hurry to catch the bus going for work....i'm late...i'm late my heart screaming. that was my first day in my new job. I'm so scare to give first bad impression. i run out from the door without having breakfast first.
Yes...i got on time in my new office. Every body busy with their own business. Same with me, i got a lot of work to do even in my first day. my watch showed that the time was just on 10 o'clock but i feel very hungry, my head was dizzy and my body was so limp. i thought that i would get fainting. oh my GOD is that the effect not having a breakfast???.
i remember that my passed away mother said that breakfast is important to start your activity. yes she's right....
also i read the article said that breakfast is good for your heart because make your blood circulation work well or smooth.

Hi,
Breakfast is very important in our daily routine. The body cells need energy to cooperate with what our mind and says.It is just like petrol or gas in your car.But body has some self mechanism it will not stop like our when the fuel got exhausted.
It tries to burn fats carbohydrates etc to make the fuel.It creates gastric disorders if you don't have breakfast.
The more breakfast you have the more active you are.
It is important to "break" the "fast" which we are doing it from the last nite dinner.
For a healthy and active day breakfast is a must and see to it that you are more on boiled vegetables and soaked cereals with lesser dairy products to keep you healthy.

I think it is important to have breakfast in the morning, but i know its hard to have the time to get breakfast in the morning sometimes as most of us are quite busy. I don't always get chance to have breakfast but when i do i'm not as hungry throughout the day and i have more energy to do what i need to do too.

i believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. but i admit i also cannot take my breakfast everyday esp when i am very busy and have to be very early.
it sounds ironic that a lot of people are so busy esp in the morning and that they know that they need breakfast for energy but still fail to have it. like me. hahaha

I believe it is a combination of things but surely not having breakfast contributed to your dizziness as a first day of work can be quite nervy and stressful and the fact that you though you were going to be late made you even more anxious. So not having any nourishment certainly attributed to make things worst.
Now that you have your first day under your belt and can relax a bit perhaps a little yet earlier start would do you some good as breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. It is the one that fuels your body with the energy and electrolytes to get the engines reved and roaring for you day.
Congrats on the new job and I wish you great success. Good luck.
