I want to lose some excess weight but can you tell me some good exercises which can help me apart dieting. I was doing rope skipping before was very disappointed with the result.I want an overall body fat burner exercise.

Walking, running, bicycling, spinning, kick-boxing, using an elliptical machine..Anything that is a cardio exercise (an exercise that works your heart) will help. And don't be discouraged if you don't see a loss right away - these things take time. Also make sure you're modifying your diet AND drinking a good amount of water a day. Both exercising & eating habits play an equal role in losing weight..
