What to do at work at lunch hour?

I know many of us who are working in offices or sit near PC all day at work have or have at least dreamed about lunch break hour.
yes, i have it in my workplace now. So how do you think what we do in here besides of eating lunch?
We go to our small gym here in workplace building and play table tennis. its fun, relaxing and sometimes very exiting. Only after that we go and eat. But sadly not many from all our 200 engineers collective do so, they mostly walk to diner and then returns to their working places.
What do you do?

hey! Thats not funny and not good for your health at all! especially if you have to work with PC not in manufactory or driving, selling stuff to people, meeting them. I would suggest you to do anything but not just sit-eat-sit-go home thing as usual! :)

Some times, I go out to the restaurants nearby for lunch, and after lunch just take a walk around in the shopping centres. But , some times, when I am not that hungry, I would just sit in my office and browse through some of the magazines on the shelf in the reading room.

Just remember tjhat sitting is bad bad bad! not only for your eyes - sitting at pc and then at newspapers, magazines, books. they gor tired. but sitting is bad for your spin/backbone too!

In my break at work i either go and get something to eat from somewhere close to my work if i'm by myself or if my wife comes to meet me if i'm on a day of double shifts and shes not busy we go and get something to eat together, aslong as shes back to pick up our son from school and i'm back to work in time its ok.

correct me if i am wrong - you just go, then eat and then again work and your problem is time. Do you have lunch break officialy or you just take your time?

I usually have my lunch with my team members. We usually have our lunch within around 15-20 minutes. Then we have a chit chat on various topics for another 15-20 minutes and then would go for a quick walk for 5-10 minutes and then return to work.

cool. We have official break for 45minutes - 1hour. So we go to play table tennis (about 8 people) for most of thast time and only then i go eat. sometimes even after break ends :D

runs at lunch? sounds incredible :| I am returning from work and only then go to do running workout for some 20-30 minutes.
