Yes, I get pretty upset and mad some times, when people around me start doing things which are unreasonable in my opinion. So, I have to have a way to remain calm and control my anger. One way which I have found to be very helpful is meditation. That keeps control of the mental movements and hence keeps the mind calm.

When I'm angry, my mouth doesn't stop from uttering any words. I tell everything I want without thinking that I'm already hurting other people. But whenever I sing, hum or listen to my favorite music, I feel ok and after a few minutes my temper will be fine.

simple, i write down my anger on a paper or something, and release every bit of my anger onto that paper with my words, and there is no point in releasing it onto others, theres nop logic in it for me. as for writing it down on why you got mad and what you wanna do and things that you hate just feel free to open into into words of writing .

The ice cream is like comfort food. Great way to release.
For me quite the contrary. When I get upset I need to take deep breaths and have some time alone. It is the only way I know who to release by allowing me time to rejuvenate.

Good for you! You just need an ice cream to calm you when you're mad.. When I'm mad, i grab my headphone and listen to music or preferably, i must go somewhere, a high place where I can breath a lot of air and see a larger view of the place i'm in.. But due to work at a call center, when i get mad because of irate customers, i learned to just take a deep breath, think of happy thoughts and smile..after that, i'm already ok.. ^.^

I don't know how I have been handling it, but because of what I've been going through and seeing right before me (at work), I talk about it. At least for me, I have friends going though and seeing the same things too. We walk while we're at it too. We walk for about 4 - 7 km and talk the whole time to process everything out. But this is just for the aftermath of things.
This just comes out naturally for me I guess, but when something happens that just ticks me off and I can't really do anything about it, I laugh. Maybe this is because I know the consequences of the people who are being bad around me, maybe I see the bigger picture.
Wow okay I think that's it. I see the bigger picture. This means that don't just zero in on a situation. Think about the repercussions of what makes you angry, and the effects of your actions if you just suddenly explode. Then find someone and take a walk with them. Walking is one of the best therapies ever :)
