Did people actually complain about the noise of the Eco-friendly Sun-chip bags?!

I know this may be old news, but I was just reading about how the Frito-lays company is going to get rid of their Eco-friendly Sun-chip bags for one reason. People complained that the noise of the bag was to loud, and people actually compared it to a lawn-mower and even a jet engine! So know the company is getting rid of the bag because of this stupid complaint. How many people feel that people complaining about the noise of a chip bag is a unreasonable complaint?

My first reaction was like, What?!?
How stupid. Screw the environment I want it quiet? But then my second thought was that if I was eating my lunch in a public place I might choose a different brand if I felt like it was going to draw attention to myself...so I am kinda caught between the two!

Have you HEARD someone eating chips out of those bags? I banished my husband because I was trying to write and couldn't focus! However, I was willing to tolerate the noise in order to have a biodegradable bag. Worth the noise, in my opinion.
