There are lots of ways to solve your constipation issues. If you are not taking any water that is one reason why you constipate and if you also indulge in meat diet that is one of the reasons that will worsen your condition. You better change your diet. Take lots of fruits and vegetables instead along with at least 8 to 12 glasses of water everyday. Now here is the a must. You must also take Virgin Coconut Oil every day as food supplement. If you do this, constipation will no longer bother you. Mark my word for this.

You need to eat high fiber foods. Try taking like Metamucil or eating FiberOne bars or cereal. Also, raisins help immensely. I would stay away from laxatives or anything like that because they can severely mess up your digestive system. Good luck!
