myLot is a pain today

Ok so I haven't been on in several days as I've been working alot and the kids are home & keeping up with things I'm POOPED out. SO I log on then I get that pop up dealie. And now I tried to post to a discussion and it told me I needed to log in!?! WTH I was logged in! Then I tried to log in and it took me to a bunch of offers from Eversave and then took me to Eversave and not to myLot. What's that all about? Has anyone heard anything from the Admin about what's going on? I love this site but if I can't post and earn I'll have to take a break for a while til they can get stuff straightened out. And I imagine there are many who are not posting due to such things and if they don't post I bet myLot looses $ just as we are because we are frustraited trying to post. Tell me I'm not the only one goofy stuff keeps happening to.

I am facing the same problem.. When ever I login to mylot it shows some offers and don't let me in before I answer those offer..I think it is very bad thing that mylot admin is doing..

It did look like it was sponsored by myLot til it hit the Eversave main page. I dunno if they are trying to join forces with Eversave or what?

TY HWG! However do you know why it auto logs me out if I'm not active in using mylot for a few minutes. I also have to constantly re-log in because I either step away from my pc or I am taking too long in typing my response and posting it I am logged out. I find this occurance odd as well.

It does not happen on my new laptop, probably because of the pop up blocker I have on Firefox, or it could be because I never log out of anything because I am the only one using this laptop.

That's just it I don't log out usually either. I don't know if I have a popup blocker on or not. I don't get pop ups much if at all.

Yes, the mylot servers seem to be really slow today. For a quite a few of my responses it has taken too long and the add tags page did not even come up. I think the load on mylot is very high as the month is ending and people close to $10 are all trying into log in enough discussions to reach the magical $10 mark before the month is over.

That is possible about the extra strain. But I have never had any trouble like this with myLot until tried to log into my account today.

hi 3SnuggleBunnies yes I got a report, it said they were aware of this'
and it would bother those who had their cookies enabled, but those of us who did not would not see that stupid popup or that eversave baloney only once in a great while, t hey did not offer an iota of answer as to why that authentication thingy was doing that. as it was not heeding my info I just canceled it. that thing might be some kind of spyware, anyway just hit cancel and you can then go about mylotting, its been popping up like that for the last two days I know of.no you are not the only one but do not fill it in just hit the cancel and you can then get on mylot and do your thing/.I think I reported this authentication thing to mylot yesterday.

I had that happen to me before too, and I am not sure how long ago it actually was that it happened. I know when I came back on here after being gone for so long I was a bit curious to find the new way that they do to redirect us. I think it's a bit irritating but I realize it's a necessity to help us and them.

it seems you are not the only one dear. others have been complaining of the same problem. some have said they contacted administration about it, so maybe it will work. 
myself, ive had no such problems as i always come through my email with all my responses, etc. hence no problem. 
only thing happens to me is i have 1 pop up the first time i come through my email about screen savers etc. thats it. I X it and im fine rest of the day. @3SnuggleBunnies (16374)

I normally get that pop up too as well as some adult looking e-card promo site. However with firefox it just makes another window at the bottom of my tray and it really doesn't bother me other than I just need to close it.

I can understand your absence--as you can tell, I'm running a day or two behind!
I got an alert yesterday about the popup surveys and such--which I've never seen! I have no idea what they are talking about. I never log out so I don't have to deal with that login failure stuff. The alert was about the Eversave offers, too, and it assured me that they were safe. Maybe you have to adjust your settings--or just stay logged in and you won't be bothered by them!

It has been and still is a pain. 
Many of us have suffered from the same pop ups and being asked to log in. Very confusing and the delay is long too. It is so frustrating but many of us have reported what is happening to the administration so they are aware of it. Hopefully they will get it all sorted out soon. I expect that the admin is also feeling frustrated.

It definitely wasn't only you that this was happening to, I was having issues with it as well this weekend. In fact, that is the reason that I didn't do a lot of posting over the weekend and the reason that I fell so terribly short of my goal that I had for the month. However, it seems like it is working a lot better today and because of that I'm hoping that I'll be able to get off to a great start for November.
