I think Mylot should put edit and delete button for the Discussions board.

I have been wondering about that feature being absent here in this site ever since I started here but, that edit feature is really not here. Perhaps those who manage the site just have a good reason why we can't edit the posts that we make once we submit them. The spell check can be remedied by certain browsers that would provide spell checking features. Chrome and Firefox are known to have that kind of spell checking feature. Grammar however still goes on proof reading. Perhaps the reason why we can't edit our posts is because one of the possible things that we can do while editing would be copying and pasting some already composed content. If we can do that, its as easy as just copying contents from other sites. Copying and pasting texts here in this site can only be available once you have posted a particular number of posts. Same goes with making posts with images. Anyway, I guess having not edit feature would force members to be more careful with what they post and make them proof read their posts before submitting....? yeah you're right sometimes i feel i must edit my discussion but i cant find it,hope the admin will see this discussion to increase mylot quality,because it's so hard for us to get some change of the mylot in here

i used to think that way before too. when i even created a discussion about relationships and i was at first thinking about earning online topic. whoa, of course i posted it there. lol. but anyways, what matters is it received some responses. haha. but sure we can request for mylot to delete our posts if there is any errors. but we don't have to be perfect in english here. you will find that some other members were as well got started improving their english here in some ways. what's important is they could express their thoughts in one way or another. welcome at mylot.

I suppose myLot dose not have a delete and edit because the site would be too much to control later as many members would confuse so many options then myLot admins would have to manually fix things.

Hi ! Welcome to myLot :) I think you can get yourself a spell checker with your browser. Edit buttons are unnecessary as once you have edited your response, the comment you got for it might seem meaningless. Delete button is something to think of, but I guess you won't need it. Agree with you there. Reporting the admins to delete the discussion is quite troublesome. It might even give you a bad reputation or something.

I think that edit or delete button will make a hard time for moderators to compute our earnings considering the number of people using mylot. It will either duplicate earnings or be deducted which will make commotion with the people around here. It will be possible but could be really complicated

Yes i agree with you like may other users will. I'm very fast at typing and the odd time a spelling mistake or wrong word gets entered and I usually never noticed until after I have already posted it. This is where the edit button would be work because I like my work to be spelling mistake free.
