I work for a company in another country. I need this job as its all I have. We communicate by PM only and its not always easy. I feel really lucky to have such a job but at times, I wish I could reach through my screen and strangle my manager. They think that because we work away that we dont know whats going on. I know that others are being kept busy while im sitting there with less work. I was hired before them so I hate that I get the work last. I have a feeling the bosses have no idea that the problem comes from the manager. She can control the customer flow, she gives all the good customers to herself or to her friends and I get the scrap that doesnt pay much. She shouldnt be allowed to do this because by doing what she is slowing down the line and then ive noticed some customers not being interested anymore. I know that if I were to complain, I might be fired. So I need your help. How can I make sure that I get the good customers?? How can I tell my manager that Ive had enough but in a nice way so Im not being fired?
