Need help, I am confused

I was wondering if anyone out there in my lot land can help me please. I am not very good with computers and mine is just confusing. I use windows explorer and for some reason if I try to use the 32bit connection my computer starts wacking out and not displaying right but if I use the 64bit connection it seems to work ok but won't always stay connected to the internet. I don't know if any of this makes sense but I hope someone can understand what I am describing and help. I just don't understand why one won't work and the other sort of works. Help.

32bit and 64bit? whats that? a graphic card display?
i dont understand what u r using to connect to the internet..if i know.i will find the answer to give you.but rite now..im not sure whats the problem.
anyway to solve the frequent disconnection.(like u said if u r using the 64bit.i works fine.except getting dc all the time)u can visit download.com and search for
a software that keeps u online to make sure u dont get disconnected form the server..its free to download. try search from "internet booster" or " connection booster"
