I'd like go bed around 10,but my daughter sleeps around 12,so I go bed at that time..

the rite time is 10 ofcourse...but no 1 actually follows the rite time

The best time to sleep is 10pm , but normally people due to work is unable to do it so some scientist say sleep before 12 in order to stay healthy
