Alternatives to Halloween (in other countries).

Hello, mylotters. The USA Celebrates its Halloween on October 31 of every year. I understand that other countries don't celebrate the same halloween as we do in the USA. Is there a halloween in your country. If so, when do you celebrate it? If not, what alternatives to halloween are there, and when do you celebrate that day (if there is an alternative in your contry)?

We also celebrate halloween here in the philippines. Although we don't do trick-or-treats. There are some costume parties being held at some places.
