How to stop baby from crying too much?

my nephew cries everytime when he wants to sleep or eat. what can i do

The only way to make him stop crying is to give him the thing he's crying for in the first place. If he's crying because he wants to sleep, then put him to bed. If it's because he's hungry, then feed him. Simple.

i get your point but how can i give him sleep. i cry him around, put him in the rocking chair, sing him songs, but he still does not stop. he eventually sleeps, but i don;t think its okay for him to cry to sleep all the time.
