No-cook/No-bake desserts

Hi ann - I have not tried the nanaimo bar but do enjoy a couple of no bake desserts. I graduated cooking school last year and have been working on a cook book for years that hopefully, one day, will publish. The competition in cook books is fierce and so you really have to bring something new and different to the table to be considered. Publish or not, its a lot of fun writing it and if nothing else, my friends and family will all have a copy to remember me by!! If you are interested, I'd be happy to share with you a no bake recipe that I wrote for a chocolate pie that is rich and decadent (I think!) and really delicious.
