small company to do big things? or big company to do small things?

Some of our greatest achievements come from small companies. they can go on to do the biggest things from the simplest of beginnings. it makes you feel good to be a part of that. When big companies start to do things smaller, you sometimes can get lost in the shuffle.

It all depends on what you prefer personally. I have worked for both big companies and small ones, and in my experience the advantages of big companies are: - better benefits - they have a bigger budgets for parties, offices and other things that may make it more fun to work for them - they have more money for marketing etc. which can also make your job easier if you have to sell etc. but the advantages of small companies are: - you are closer to the management, and to your boss, you are more likely to have a good relationship with the boss in a small company - it is easier to advance and get promoted since you have less people to compete with - the team spirit is often better in small companies

Initially I will prefer to join Big companies with small job which will give a better recognizable to me and will aided a better career opportunity in future prospect
