Broadband is a scam or what?

Hi there! who is the broadband subscriber's here? I was one of the broad band internet subscriber here in the Philippines. Before, I was renting on Globe wimax connection and therefore a pass 1 month i can no longer used the service they provided. So i decide to terminate this contract! But i need internet connection for my business. So i decide to apply Smart broad band! According to their advertisement. They said I need to pay 1 month deposit and they will execute the connection. And I pay for that as much as 999.00 php. as a requirement. but upon installation of my antenna? the constructor said that I need to pay 2500.00 Php for the additional Pipe. Which 1 pipe was free for my antenna! I wondering Why! Immediately I call smart hot line for that. but according to them I only pay 680 Php for every pipe that the contractor will installed for my antenna before availing full internet access. but the constructor installed only 3 pipe. Which is equivalent to 30 feets. I must pay only 20 feet for additional pipe! but I need to pay 2500.00 php. If you notice, Hot line said I need to pay 680 Php for every 10 feet pipe in addition to my antenna! they add 20 feet pipe, if you compute it! 680 for every 10 feet. approximately i need to pay 1360 Php. but why the smart broadband contractor obligates me to pay 2500.00 Php? is that pair or not? If ever there was a smart broadband personnel here please react. or help instead! Please try to investigate and do somethings in favor of subscribers. for you what is on your opinion?
