Maybe you once became the victim of internet scammers, say it is SCAM PTC. There are a ton of scam PTC that employ then abandon us. THEY DON'T PAY. Is that fair? Surely not! In the real life, we can address them as criminals and they deserve to stay in jail. We can, in the real life, criminalize such pathetic deceiver and liar, but, what about in the internet. Can we criminalize all PTC scammers, who have been staying in the 'Hall of Shame' in PTC-Investigation, that have been tricked many people? Do we have any right and way to do that? If so, how? Share your thoughts.

I don't really know how we could go about criminalizing them but I do know that these people deserve some kind of punishment, not only are they stealing from people that are renting referrals or trying to increase their earnings by purchasing an upgrade, but they are also wasting people's time because there are a lot of sites that start up only to go down within a couple of weeks of being open. I've been a victim many times, joining lots of good looking sites that had great web design, I was figuring that if the admin was willing to spend that much time in the web layout, then they would probably be willing to put the time and effort into making a good site. It's also sites like Neobux and Onbux make it blatantly obvious that a site stands to GAIN WAY MORE from being LEGIT instead of being a scammer. Unfortunately a lot of people like their money quick with not a lot of work behind it, I just don't know how you could lack the respect of other people's time like that though.

Yes the scammers really need to be punished. It took away lots of money from my mom and she is really not aware that what she's dealing with is a scammer because of his sweet words. My mom spent a lot to that scammer and it really be punished. I regret to inform you guys that they really should be punished after all.
