I'm sure this isn't the first discussion about the elections this year, but I'm curious who you guys want to win. It doesn't matter which state, I'm interested

I live in Illinois. It is a good thing that there is so much farmland in Illinois right now, because I don't know how the candidate would run their campaign if it wasnt for all the mudslinging.
Currently, I am looking at the Green Party candidate, Whitney as the most likely candidate to get my vote. Democrats and Republicans need to get their heads out of their own behinds and look at the mess they have gotten us into, and then look at a way to get us out of it.
They need to cut spending across the board, not increase salaries for themselves. The independent candidate, abused his wife and ran her business into the ground...this from his ex wife herself saying it.
We need new blood, not just at the local and state level, but at the national level as well.

I want to see the third parties here in the United States and primarily the Libertarian Party to take congress over. And our country can start to hopefully run on Principals that it was founded on instead of Platforms.

We have two elections happening this year here in the Philippines one took place last May for the Presidential elections and some statesmen for the senate down to local mayor. The second one happened last October 25 and that was for the smallest governmental unit.
For the past seven years I happened to vote only this year I had less confidence with elections already it maybe because for me nothing really happens that much whoever in the position. Anyways, good luck on your elections this year!
