What is your ideal COMPANY to work with?

This is another interview question that was asked during my final interview for a supervisory position.
The ideal company that I want to work with is a legitimate company that is not doing scam to their customers or clients. I have been with a lot of BPO or Business Process Outsourcing companies and I find them really scamming the customers one way or another. I would want then to have a company wherein there would be no process of scamming or stealing money for the customers at all. Because I am an honest and fair person. I would just want to have a company wherein I would be able to be proud of someday.
How about you guys, what company is ideal for you?

Hi,
I am in a manufacturing company. Ideal company for me gave importance to their people. They give what is right for their people to have. I can say this because i would like to go to a company where i will be satisfied with the benefits, salary and other rights as an employee to their company.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It is really hard to find a company like that nowadays, It's either the company is cheating to the rank and file employees regarding salary, over time and benefits or a company who is cheating to their customers. Have a great week ahead of you. Happy Halloween.

All of us want to work for companies that do legitimate business and bring in benefit to the society. As I work in the field of Health care IT I can actually see the benefit of the work we do in various hospitals and that gratifies me a lot. I think that is one of the main reasons why I am continuing to work with my current organization.

Hi, I won't agree that BPO has been scamming people or customers. It could be possible where the sales program has to meet the target given by the client and thus they might be forced to use the smart work tactics. However, B.P.O is too vast and there are plenty of other processes where the customer get immense help. There are even some of the premiere outsourcing BPO companies and they would make sure that they only accept the carefully chosen client and not every single company coming for outsourcing.
After working with couple of companies in BPO Industry, I have learned that mostly there are nothing like Ideal companies. I think I have always worked well under good Managers, and supervisors. Today, When I myself being a supervisor, I too make sure that my sub-ordinates feel the same and they feel that they are counted in the company.

It is good that you yourself is really taking care of your subordinates because you were like one of them before. This will really make a great company if each of the lower management is like you who give great value to their people. Thank you for sharing.

Yes , I agree with you , I also want to work one company which do not cheat , additional , my ideal work is the pressure is low and I can earn much money

Private companies will give you or compensate you with the amount and quality of work you do for them. It is somehow just based of your qualifications if you will be getting more than what you were expecting if you really are qualified to take that position. Thank you for sharing.
