I actually started a blog a few weeks ago. I am in a very difficult situation and rather than waiting until I am through it to write a book, I thought I would just share my day to day struggle with other people. My goal was for them to see how I work through each difficult day to find hope and get through the day. I was hoping to encourage people who may be going through something difficult too. But I have found that writing my blog in the morning gives me a place to put my emotions then I can walk away and take care of the day!

That was so nice of you. I agree that there are lots of people opening their browsers looking for some words of comfort and to know that there are other people that experience same problems with theirs and overcome it would really lift them up. Well, hope you continue doing it. That inspires me more of starting mine. Thank you very much for sharing. :)

I write articles on triond but I've never done a blog. I've heard stories of people making thousands of dollars by making a blog but I think it's a once in a blue moon kind of thing. I think I might make a blog, but are blogs based on your life, or are they based on a certain topic (for example a blog on sport?).

Hi Joman. Blogs can be anything that interests you. May it be a blog on sports as you mentioned or may be something personal. I think the main part in blogging is the ability of the readers to comment after reading your blog. Start blogging and good luck. :)

I was initially blogging about stocks commodities and currencies.I found that the policies followed by the Government were flawed and might, result in my Nation losing her Sovereignty. So I started another blog on the points I had and sent the link to the President of my country. The response was good and I could see some impact, though not as much as I wished.Even now the danger persists. Now I have about 8 serious blogs.

I think one of the biggest benefits is that it makes it easier to get in touch with others who are interested in the same things as you, which is just wonderful. I get a lot of feedback and ideas from my readers, and I love that!

I enjoy blogging about my day, my life, and I enjoy blogging to help other people earn extra cash like I am trying to do as money is tight because school is expensive and I do not have time to work so I try to earn extra money on the side :)
