At least robots need to be maintained. That is repaired of any defects, which is quite normal in any mechanical device. This cannot be done by robots, themselves, and evenif they do, the requirement of humans will increase in geometric proportion,to MAINTAIN them. Nature has put a limit on everything. When bacteria get immune,to certain materials, they mutate and new substances are required to counter them. This is the case with all things in Nature. One can go only so far.And no more.......whatebr be the technological advance!
