Your Stupid Boss

Many bosses reached their recent position not because of they are truly smart nor good manager. Many of them used their filthy way but showed their stupidity in the same time. Let's laughing out loud of it! My ex General Manager who often pissed us off with his demotivation and belittled words, surprisingly, he can't operate the simple function of Microsoft Power Point!

You know what something many supervisors and or managers do not get today is that they must know every inch of an office before they can dictate how things should be done. Being in charge does not mean that you are not able to sit back and allow others do all the work. A good boss is one that steps up to the plate and can run the office on their own.

Yeah, it's true, the leader should also able to delegate to the subordinates. This boss, however, knows nothing but to licks the senior boss. This is what he's perfectly done, surprising fact indeed! :)

We can not say our boss like this.As you said,your boss can not operate the simple function of Microsoft Power Point.But your boss probably have many successful abilities in my mind.Boss is successful in life,he has his advantage,but the advantage can not seen on us employee.

Well, this might be rude but true facts, he's really such a bad boss which obviously can be seen on his overall performance of leadership skill or even business skill. Yes, the advantage can't be seen by us, because it is for his own advantage not the company. The Power Point is just one example of his silly incapability, it's still a lot of silly things that he did, if I wanted to point out. Unfortunately, he has full authority in this division per country. In fact,not only me who saying this, but 97% of the total employee says the same too.

Ohh..i see..that normal...coz the men or women that call boss....coz of their position..rich person...VIP....they just give instruction....order....that all..i hope one day u can face n see that a really boss that has a skill n experience in doing job.....

Nice post! Anyway, not all of the "bosses" are stupid. There are some but not all. As of now, I really like my boss because of being active, workaholic and full of initiatives... On the other hand, if there's something wrong with her management, i'll just respect her coz no one is perfect in this world... Happy mylotting!

Thanks! :) Sure not all of the bosses are stupid, but many bosses are, at least that what I saw for years or maybe I'm just unlucky. :)

I think those bosses yo are suffering to are those bosses who just recently promoted. Not all of them but majority of them are somewhat stupid due to their lack of experience.
