Whenever you want to pass an interview for a job, you must prepare your knowledges and your spirit. About knowledges, see again your cv, your major if it concern with the job you applied, searching about company you will have the interview. About spirit, you must be honest, confident when answer the question, and don't try to lie the interviewer, because they will know, and you'll be out.

I learnt that the best asset you have in an interview is yourself. If in college years you worked on yourself as a person, you should be able to ace the interview - I did myself.
I have learnt that the silliest interview questions are the ones where they ask you what your future plans are, defects and priorities - they mean that the interviewers have totally no idea what to ask you. I hate those questions, they are pre fabricated as the answers I tend to give when I am asked those questions. In fact I learnt that, if I am asked those questions, I might as well be the one who decides not to work for that company.
I've been to interviews were the questions asked were deeper, more meaningfull and more scrutinious of the person I am.
I want to work with those type of agencies.

If you're looking to pass a call center job interview, just keep in mind that you always value the company first, then yourself. If they ask you for example on how long you plan to stay, say forever, even though you only plan on staying for like a month or so.

I think I am bad in job interview. I have been failed in job interview for ten times of twelve times interviews. Job interview is really hard for me and I became traumatic for that. I passed the job qualification and many test apply to me but I failed in interview mostly. Sometimes I passed in Human Resources Department interviewer but then failed in user interviewer. Even though I have answered the question honestly, I failed to convince them.

being a fresh graduate should not put you down on job application and interview. you may go back to your college days and pick out outstanding experiences and achievements that represent your capability and skills that may be necessary in the job. plus, you may also highlight your openness to learning and being comfortable with challenging situations. you may cite examples of this in your experiences. since you will be talking about yourself, no one knows it but you. be confident. this companies need you.

Succeeding in a job interview is different for everyone. sometimes it is easy and sometimes it is the most difficult thing to get through. i have found it wise just to be yourself in a job interview. Let the employer see what kind of person you are.

Confidence is the key, they say... But considering it may be your first time it may be hard, but still, be confident- never forget to smile. And of course, speak English at all times- since it's a call center agency- you can practice speaking English a few weeks before the interview- and don't just speak the words, pronounce them properly. And yeah, prepare answers to those questions you've searched on the internet, just in case..and answer truthfully..don't lie. Good luck

I am always honest, since I think that shows, and I try to think a bit about the questions they might ask, so I have good answers ready for them. I have had really great results this way!
So never ever lie, if you don't know the answer or something, say that! It will take you further I think! Tell them the truth and they will see that they can trust you. Believe me, that is also really important!

hi mayrah, I'm a call center agent in the Philippines and call center interviews are really tricky and challenging but here are my advices for you:
1. Just be yourself
2. Sell yourself
3. Answer negative questions like what is your greatest weakness by using the sugarcoating method.
4. Answer the questions which involves about personal experience by using the star method.
5. Don't make things complicated.
6. Be confident!
7. Always believe that you can do it!
