A hacker is a person who passionately enjoys trying new stuffs with computers. A computer addict who specializes in coding, exploiting, hardware innovating, and all tasks that ares special and rare. A hacker can be called a hacker if he/she makes his/her own computer revolution. A hacker is not a self-proclaimed computer expert but a person who is hungry for curiosity about computers. He may be a hardware expert, an internet guru or a cyber criminal. A hacker is not a bad term because there are people who are ethical hackers like computer experts or security experts.

Somehow the term hacker is misleading and mostly connotes to people who invades personal or private data in the internet or in the computer. This is due to the misguided ways of other people that they wanted to destroy or damage data that belongs to others. They used their skills in to harm. But if they just realize that their skills can be of great use for good then people' perceptions would change.

God bless you darkblink.
This is also my vision about hackers, they are not always bad.
Some times companies need them for there own security matters.
And what you think from the some bigger anti virus programs, you can say that they are also hackers they look for bugs and exploits and fix them into the virus scanner software.
