I've been seeing this pop up alot here lately and have googled to find out if it's legit. from everything I've read it does look to be legit but I'd rather trust the members here. All you do is locate recently sold houses and get the addresses. I guess it is suppose to be for local businesses to be able to contact new home owners. It makes sense, I remember when we bought our home, how many welcome letters, coupons, etc. we received from local shops. The only thing that stops me from trying it out is the 47.00 a month membership fee. If it is legit, they pay 25.00 per home you give them, then the 47.00 would be chump change. There are just so many scams out there, it makes it hard to believe. I do know though that there are legit opps. that do charge and people do actually make some very good cash with them. I would Greatly appreciate any info or help you could give me about this. If any of you have been paid by this company would you Please show proof. Thank you very much.

Well I really havent heard of this website before. Be wary of websites that you need to pay before getting paid. Most or all are just scams.

I havent heard about that site before, but personally I would be hesitant to invest in any site that is asking for money up front. I just dont think that is a good thing to do, however, if you think it is legit. it is really up to you to decide.

I don't know about it, but if they require you to pay first, don't do it. There is more chance to be a scam than it is legit. So, watch out, and don't fall for it. tight your wallet, and ask around first.
