why are people in constant need of money?

In this harsh world where only the strongest survive,there are only two things that matter,wealth and power...

People loose their money because they spend their money on things that they don't really need. They are not satisfied with what they have, they buy smart phones, car, jewelry etc,. even though their income is not that high to spend on those things. I think it doesn't matter here what your job is or how much you earn as long as you know how to spend and save your money for the future you're not gonna have problems with money.

I think that everyone is in constant need of money because whatever he has he wants more and unfortunately everything is bought with money. If you have a lot of money you have a great car so great expenses as a result of this. If you have not enough money, you have a cheap car so little expenses. This is the way that everything happen with money.

I am from the middle class.I am living in my own house and we too have a car.Because my dad is now the head of the house so he keeps on paying my expenses.All the money i earn goes in the savings account.I was previously doing a job but now i have quit it because of my health problems.I am looking out for a job do that i can but the things i like and have a secure future.I will get money problems if i spend lavishly for my enjoyment, then i will have no money for my basic needs.The rich have problems because they are worrying about the tax but it is their duty to give money to the government.

My husband and I are also in the lower middle class bracket, but we currently have no money problems. However, if the price of food, utilities and gasoline continues to rise by leaps and bounds while our income stays the same, we will be scraping the bottom of the barrel, also.

Yep, we need money to buy items - because almost every resources in this world are scarce. Thus, nothing is ever enough. :) I do have money problems... like not being able to buy the items that I wanted to but this is quite a minor problem... XD I don't really have a really bad money problem... all I need to do is to save more...spend less. XD

The reason people are in constant need of money in the Western World, is because most of them have a total lack of discipline, and most live beyond their means. They want to have everything before they can afford it. So they borrow the money to buy everything their little heart desire. And once they have reached their credit limit, they are stuck with a huge amount of bills which is killing them. Because people buy buy and buy, this create a supply and demand market which push the price up on everything. So if you don't have a job, or work for the minimum wage, or are retired on a ordinary pension, you are living on the poverty line because you cannot afford most things. Living confortably is about self discipline and learning to be happy with what you have. You have to accept that you cannot go to the shop and buy a $3000 digital television if you don't earn that kind of money. You have to take the example of the rich people and how they get rich. When they have $200.000 in the bank, they don't go and buy a Ferrari. They invest the $200.000 in a second house as an investment. I personally know a few people who have accumulated 10 million dollars during their lifetime. And they did it by living modestly and continue to do so in retirement. They have 10 million, and still no digital television or flashy car. But they will never have a money problem for as long as they live.

People do have need for money because we still live in this world that needs to sustain everything we patronize. From electric bills to phone bills, medical expenses, vacation plans, school fees, food, shelter (rent fee), clothing expenses. Almost everything a human person does consume and use, needed money for the transaction. The question of why people need money is nothing to wonder anymore since you are human also. About money problems, people find this problem in different levels depending on their situation and lifestyle. I also do have problems too on how I can send money back home for my parents but it is not a big issue because I do work hard to attain it even if it lacks me to have extra on my pocket. How bad is my money problem? not that I needed to panic about. Maybe if I am materialistic and has splurge into expensive lifestyle, then I can be of big trouble, but I am not a slave to mammoth and the things this world has. The love of money is the root of all evil therefore use your money to help others is important for me, even if I lack it, I won't get attached to it.

hello poshearns! well, people are in constant need of money because what they presently have is not enough for their needs and wants. If you are just earning just enough to get by, you would find that you will need more money to get the things you and your family needs. Sometimes though, you need more money because of some wants you want to satisfy. Yes, there are people who can live on what they have. They budget their available funds for what's really their needs and is able to live with just that. However, we are all aware that this a rare exception, especially for people who live in urban cities. This kind of lifestyle, scrimping on what is available and making do with what they have is most applicable when you live in the rural areas, away from the glare of lights, temptations to spend your money. When you live in the rural area, you don't really have to spend much on fares since you can just walk to wherever you go within the locality. When you have nothing to eat, if you are industrious you could plant vegetables and fruits in you backyard and harvest them when time comes. These things are hard to do when you're living in the metropolitan area. In urban areas, everything is equated with money, nothing is free. in the rural areas, especially in the Philippines, you can still go to a neighbor and ask for some fruit in his backyard. Personally, i am in dire need of money coz i'm a solo parent of three kids. I am the only one spending for them from their clothes, food, schooling and other necessities. Coupled with that, i am also spending food and other necessisities for my parents and aging grandfather, coz they're leaving with me. I have to pay electric and water bills which really chunks out big from my salary. However, these need for more money, i don't let it get inside me. I don't think much of it if i can help it, coz it gives me a lot of headache just thinking about it. i just get by day to day, settling my problem day to day so as not to overwhelm too much.

people are in need of money to live and to survive. Its one of the basic need a person has to be able to spend and have food, shelter. One mpre thing is that we people always wants to have something. We do not have contentment, we always want to own something.

Nowadays everything use money, in my country even the toilet need to be pay although its a public toilet...everything need money, but money can not buy everything

Hi there, your question is why are people in constant need of money? Like in marketing/economy if more demand (consumers) should be having more supply (producer) in order no shortages. Meaning people, first has no satisfaction about their present money they have, people has no contentment, people think always to have more and more money to solve any problem that probably encounter. Everyday, people's demands are increasing, and so are their need for money. That's considered a fact nowadays.

Luckily I do not have monetary problems.People need money at least for the basics of like,namely,food,clothes and shelter.

Going back to your original question, people do not have enough money for a combination of reasons: they spend more than they should they do not budget/plan how they will use the money they have they are trying to live a lifestyle that is beyond their means circumstance in life require them to spend more than they should in some areas income has shrunk due to hardship - health, loss of job Managing our money correctly is like dieting - day in and day out we need to make the correct choices on a million little decisions, and we need to keep doing that; and then we will see the results we want. All along the way there are temptations to make the wrong choices.

There always seems to be something that people need. Money is usually needed to get these things. As long as there is a need, money will be a constant source of want.

Everyone needs money. But some people you might see are already rich yet are always struggling to have more. It is because they never become contented with what they have. When they had bronze they wanted silver. They got the silver, they wanted gold. They got gold, they wanted diamonds. They got diamonds and they want more diamonds... and bigger diamonds. But they would never find joy because they will continue to struggle more and more just to long for more. Contentment is one key to gain happiness.
