future baby savings

i told my husband some few months ago that my online earnings will be delegated to the educational materials of my daughter (as well as good value toys) and the preparation or the seed money for the second baby that we are praying and planning to have by early next year. well i am asking God for another baby and would like to get pregnant by february next year. anyway, this month though we had to pay a big amount for our credit card bill because some of our baby's needs got depleted last month and although it was not yet cut off, we had to make credit card purchases for her milk, diapers, etc. additionally, i had to pay her quarterly installment for her insurance. so everything just kinda piled up. needless to say, we used up quite a big chunk of our savings. though i feel quite bad, i can;t really do anything much because we need to pay our debt otherwise we will incur so much interest and finance charges. i don't want that as it will further bring us down. so i pooled all our resources and now I have money to pay our bill by next week. i still have some left for our baby savings, and i will be building it up again so i am working hard here online again :-D how about you? have you encountered similar problems?
