Hello lou_is me from India and i know we still don't have much higher connection speed plan max is 16 airtel or so but neways the thing you should do use Mozilla Firefox much better than IE use IDM (Internet Download Manager) which is basically a download manager which is very very good always keep your browser up to date and last install comondo firewall why because window firewall is not good enough no because whenever any software try to access net it notify us like many software have automatic update function so whenevr they try to use the net you would be notify you can reject them or block them forever its also a good protection against virus uses these thing and enjoy browsing
