There is no limit as to what we can pray for

Since I started praying on a regular basis in 2001, I tested the power of pray. I now am positive that God answers our prayers and warns us against dangers. In 2001, I need a job. However, my personal situation was rather complicated. I had just been provisionally released from prison. The local authority had denied me an identity card. I did not have a written CV. However, I prayed three times a day, and made it certain that I voice my immediate needs to God.
I did not send any application to any employer. However, one evening, a close friend of my came to my house to inform me that there was an embassy that needed temporary staff to carry out a study. I was not present at home, so he left a message. The next morning, I went with my friend to the said embassy. When we arrived, I was offered the job. As I did not have any CV, they gave me a piece of paper on which I handwrote my identification and some elements of my experience. My friend was not hired. Since that moment on, I worked for international organizations, including the UN, without having important referees other than God.
If you have problems, believe God can help you. Submit your problems to HIM. He will certainly answer you.

I needed surgery a year ago out of town, but had no money for a motel room. Prayer helped with the surgery and more than enough money for the room.A few years ago I was also without a job for a few months and running out of money. A friend keep offering me a job as a personal care provider. I was looking for an office job that I had gone to school for. I finally took her up on it and other jobs came up in that field. Prayer works for everyone, but sometimes the answer is no or wait.

Hi Felicien,
That is an awesome testimony, and a great example for others. I have known the power of prayer as well, as I have seen people healed because of prayer, I have seen financial needs met through prayer, and I have seen people protected from overwhelming odds by prayer, as well as other examples. God does indeed answer prayer, but usually only the prayers of His children. I think the greatest example of answered prayer is when a lost soul prays for salvation. I have never known God to turn down a sincere prayer for salvation. You are completely correct when you state that God can help by answering your prayers. Praise be to God, and thank you for this testimony of yours.
