If a person is dying, who will feel the pain more?

Who do you think will feel the pain more? Is it the person dying or the people who will be left by the dying person? I was trying to weigh it. If i am the dying person, i'll feel the pain of spending few moment with my loved ones until my last breath, which might not took very long. If i am one of the people who will be left by the dying person that i loved, i will feel the same pain of spending few moments with that person. But i think i will feel more pain because the memories lives on with me while i live.

I don't really know..I guess they both feel pain but no one can't really be the judge on who feels pain more. The dying feels pain, maybe because of his or her sickness and the thought of losing his loved ones and never seeing them again. While the ones that are left also feel pain because it's hard to see the one you love suffering and then leaving you...
