I recently saw on Yahoo news that the UFC and the WEC are going to merge together by UFC 125. That just blew my mind. I'm not a huge fan of the WEC, but I know everything that has to do with the UFC. With this merger, does that mean more fights per pay per view? What about the current champions. And does that mean more weight classes?

Aldo has secured his belt as the UFC featherweight champion. I agree that he might stay on his weight considering the competition, But i do think this will be a start of featherweight's birth to UFC

The UFC and WEC merger is great. It means that we will have more fights to view and the lower weight classes are really excited to watch. I am also a huge fan of Jose Aldo.
