starting a club in college.

I'm currently a student at Georgia Tech, and I want to start some sort of a Poker Club. I know there would be a lot of students interested, but I'm not sure how to legally start one. I know gambling is illegal, so there would be no gambling for money. There are a lot of weird clubs here, but I don't think a Poker club. How do I start one?
