Which Operating System Is Best

I am using Window XP and my friends using window 7 and they are saying Window 7 is best so I am so confused which is the best. I wants to know the features of Window 7 over Window XP.

I Just want to share 1 advantages using window 7 VS window xp using windows 7, you kan use your Pc/Notebook to be a server for WIFI/LAN, so can be shared with a lot of another Pc. with windows xp, just shared to 1 another Pc/Notebook.
