Taking a shower should be done at night!

Hello jjhomejob welcome to mylot Taking a shower at night is certainly good and recommended by doctors. About me, in the morning after i pee and poo, i take a through bath using a sandal herbal soap, my place is hot, and i perspire a lot, this bath not only makes me feel fresh , but leaves me good smelling too Before going to bed, i go for a shower, this may take 15 minutes, it makes me feel fresh and sleep well. I don't have a shower, but i do have alot of baths. I do tend to have a bath at night time and in the evening though because its when i can relax when my kids are in bed and its nice to have a quiet bath before bed so i'm ready for a long day at work and home in the morning.

hello jj! yeah,i have heard of that. they said that it's better to take shower at mornings and take a bath at night to remove all dirts we have from whole day activities.but still people prefer to wash themselves all through out during day cause at night we do feel tired and it's bad to wash yourself when you are tired. so,most people prefer to wash thoroughly at mornings than night.

I did not know that, but I actually do that, because I like the feeling of going to sleep completely clean. So this is good news for me!

hi jjhome, well, i see nothing of taking a shower at night. but to set it to be at night, always, i dont think its a good practice, unless you're in a night job. :-) happy mylotting.
