Do you think education teaches you how to live?

sorry im not gonna agree with this one kguru1979, i believe that education is my basis of being a good citizen...being educated can help us how to communicate with other person not just that there are some things,well like reading and so many other things...

hello kguru1979, From what I seen in my children who now 21 and 18 both girls. I would ahve to say No! They do not teach relaity of situations. Like money planning and takeing care of car and what happen when you are in accident. Insucances and Mortgage companies. They all learn this from there Parents. They do learn to read and write and add and substract etc... practility on reall living is NO! Escpecailly with this generation Give me and Give me or I do not have enough money when I over spend or get pulled over for traffic violation etc.. Thanks and have a great day! Sincerley Unique16

Directly, Education doesn't tell you how to live. But it definitely teaches you a lot of things. Things that would help prevent you from creating mistakes. It teaches you decisions that have done cause turmoil in different countries.
