Does anyone here being banned on traffic exchange sites?

i recently joined truckloadohits i thought this traffic exchange is a good one. what can i do i am being banned and accused of using an autosurf program just because i surfed all day two weeks non stop, the admin said that get real and no one can do that. do you have experience like this on traffic exchange sites? this is the first time i am banned on such a program i need your opinion what can i do? the sad part is i upgraded my membership on the site. i recently just upgraded so i can still make a dispute on the payment processor.
